What is your return policy for hair care products?

We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used unless they are defective.

How long does shipping take for online orders?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your professional styling tools or products sooner.

Are the products sold online the same as those used in the salons?

Yes, all products available on our website are 100% authentic, professional-grade formulas used by our expert stylists in Regis Salons locations nationwide.

Can I use a Regis Salons gift card for online purchases?

Currently, Regis Salons gift cards can only be redeemed for services and products at our physical salon locations. We are working on integrating gift card payments for our online store soon.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
